Whilst you may know Raj for his journalism, however the majority of his professional career has revolved around technology, start-ups, websites, apps and software development.
In the most recent chapter he joined a scale-up as a developer before undergoing a truly transformational experience. Over the next five years he quickly became the company’s Head of Technology, followed by CTO until finally taking over as its Director.
Raj leads with a strong, transparent and supportive style that he underpins by creating a psychologically safe environment that focuses on the empowerment of people to drive results.
